    Can’t get into my account


    I bought a new phone and set it up and I tried to login into my email and it kept saying something like unusual login and I ended up blocking my account because it was asking me to send code to alternative email address and I couldn’t remember what it was now I’m trying to recover my account via my Xbox. Every time I try to do so I put in all the correct information and it still won’t let me recover my account???

    On my other account I have been permanently banned for no reason it says for violating the community but someone has been on my account I’ve submitted an appeal and it got denied

    owner of the account (scan drivers license for example).
