    Cant Get Into My Account


    So recently i haven't been able to log into my account and have been provided with an error saying " there is a problem signing in with your account " i believe i am getting this error because the email service provider i am with is no longer continuing
    one of its emails which was Vodaphones @clear email type and i have no idea how to access my account because i get the error on Xbox and i cant log in on the website

    Hi mailbomber13,

    Verify if its corrupted in your storage device. Then even if its or not try the following steps (In that specific order):

    - Verify/Update Security proofs (Alternative Email, Phone, Secret Question & Answer) Enter
    account.live.com/.../manage

    * Recommend 1 Mobile Phone, 2 Email, Secret question.

    *Also make sure able to access to email page (Hotmail, Gmail, etc.) and xbox.com

    - Delete profile ONLY from your storage Device. (See
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete    )

    1. Go to Settings, and then select System.

    2. Select Storage.

    3. Select All Devices.

    4. Select Gamer Profiles.

    5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

    6. Select Delete.

    7. Select one of the following:

    ◦Select delete profile only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and Achievements.

    ◦Select Delete Profile and Items to delete the profile and the associated saved games and achievements.

    - Delete Cache (3 Times in A Row) (See
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache    )

    1. - Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    2. - Select Storage or Memory.

    3. - Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    4. - Select Clear System Cache.

    5. - When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

    - Power cycle your console.

    - Download Profile Again.

    Lets us know if works.

    * Few moments ago was an alert this steps may make a maintenance in your GT and Xbox 360.

    If you have run into an issue involving payment options, calling phone support and speaking to the billing department is the only way to get it resolved.

    G'day Chimera! It sounds like you're having some trouble remembering your account's email and password to sign in, is that correct?

    If the profile is saved to your console, then the email field should already be filled in when it prompts you for email and password. That email is the one tied to your Microsoft Account, and it's the one you need to sign in with. If you don't remember your
    Microsoft Account password, then that can be reset here. If that's no good, then we can try a full
    account recovery too.

    Let us know how that goes! We don't want to see you miss out on any Xbox Live time. =)

    Aso try going to account.live.com and update your two step verification
    windows.microsoft.com/.../two-step-verification-faq

    You may try going to change your password from account.live.com as well then signing into the xbox it will ask you for your new password and make sure to select for it to sign you in authomatically

    Try clearing your cache 3 times shut off Xbox remove your hard drive plug it back in unplug everything plug stuff back in turn on Xbox. Delete your profile not items and recover it again an this should work hopefully
