    Can’t get into minecraft realms


    aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp. I can’t get in to minecraft realms and when I look up this link it tells me to set all me privacy settings to allow. So i went to do that, but they were already all set to allow. I’ve updated my game pass and checked this link multiple times don’t know what to do

    Are you trying to play realms for Java or Bedrock edition?
    Or, if you're experiencing this problem on Xbox, do you have an Xbox live gold or game pass ultimate subscription active?
    And, are you part from a family group / is your account a child account? (https://account.microsoft.com/family/home)
