Can't get into microsoft store anymore

    Can't get into microsoft store anymore


    So it told me I had an update for the store so I updated it but when it reached 100% it wouldn't do anything at all. It wouldn't finish or anything. So I thought it wasn't a big deal and so I clicked on "cancel update" or installation I can't remember but that COMPLETELY got rid if the store for me. I tried clicking on the store bar at the top of the home screen and it's just not opening at all. I tried going to an official club for a game and clicked on "see in Microsoft store" and that did nothing. I don't know what to do. I cant afford to reset anything so I home I can fix it without doing anything like that. Please help

    Why are several of my games that I purchased for Xbox and pc no longer showing up in the store at all, along with being unable to download them.

    I can't even find reside t evil village in the Microsoft store anymore.

    I had the same problem. the first 2 weeks of ownership the sim worked perfectly, but after the last update to the game, it somehow deleted itself and I can't install it from the Microsoft store anymore because I keep getting errors.

    Hi, my name is Ezequiel and thank you for your question and for reaching out. Hello MrMcFerris how are you?

    I will suggest that you do a procedure on your console, it will not delete any games you have on your console, however it will require you to enter your accounts again on your console.

    Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

    Select Profile & System > Settings > System > Console Information.

    Select Reset Console.

    On the Restore console? screen, you will see three options:

    Choose the option Restore and keep my games and apps.

    After the procedure see if the problem has been fixed.
