    can't get into microsoft account on minecraft pe


    when i click the 'sign in' button on my phone it takes me to a page within minecraft with a sign in button that i cant click. when open the page in chrome, it lets me log in, but once im done, takes me to the app where nothing has changed. i'm still not logged in.

    Hello, I have the same problem with my account. Microsoft MADE me login again to play Minecraft PE and it somehow created a new account on THE SAME email.

    Now I can't access any of the games I purchased, but somehow still can access Minecraft PE, but not JAVA and Forza Horizon 4, please help because this is the equivalent to waste of money!

    This has happened to me as well. Can't see coins in Minecraft PE (IOS), Apple charged me, coins not in Microsoft account purchase history. Apple says talk to Microsoft/Mojang but can't find how to report problem.
