Can't get into account, help!

When I click “i don’t have this anymore” it directs me to verify via an online form. Its asking for for various details, some of which are vague; ie “credit card used to make purchases” when i have multiple used multiple cards.

I filled out the form twice to the best of my knowledge but the emails i got for each were denied saying the information wasn’t enough.

So what happens at the end of 30 days? Will I be able to get into the account then?

Hi,

You have two options, to wait for 30 days or undergo account recovery. But since you provide enough info, you have no choice but to choose to wait for 30 days by clicking on "I dont have any of these" and do not proceed with ACSR.

Do you get an option to select "I don't have any of these" when it asks to verify the phone number? This should allow you to

update the security information by putting a security information lock for 30 days on the account. The article we provided explains how to complete this process. This allows you to use the account with billing and security restrictions for 30 days. Be sure
