Can't get inside XBOX after changing the WiFi name and router

I'm sorry to see any issues with connecting to Xbox Live! When you tried connecting up to the new wifi name, did it give you any errors? If you're able to see the console's dashboard now and still can't connect, try out our

Xbox One Connection Troubleshooting flow. This will help get you connected, or help you get to a point where you know what the issue might be.

However, if you're still getting the black screen, you will want to try our
Troubleshooting a blank screen support article. All of these steps will help us determine if your console needs a repair or not, and where to go from there.

In this case in order to use properly your wifi network on your console, you may need to change your wifi password type inside your router to WEP, due to now almost all of the wifi networks uses WPA-2 or WPA-3 passwords.

Another option could be purchase a wifi repeater and create a network only for your console
(due to WEP passwords are more easy to get leaked)

i did it a lot of times, and everytime the same fault: with disc inside, change supply connection, using cable instead of wifi.....

it can't be a real hardware mistake because after disconnecting power it starts....

The message i get when trying to connect is "Cant connect. Please check the name and password and try again."

It does connect normally through my Hotspot, but it also connected to my wifi network after a factory reset also. I will try changing the settings on the router.

If it worked before the wifi router but didnt after, then it sounds like the new router might need ports open or something like that. You could get him to try using a mobile hotspot to see if that connects fine then if it does you know its something within the wifi router that needs changing.
