Can't get in touch with support / get refund for game that isn't working.

I have been trying to get in touch with support for help with a game issue but I keep getting a message to try again later when I try and submit a request to talk to agent in chat or get a call back. This issue has been going on for over 2 years now when
I use xbox.com support which is why I hate that 1800-4MY-XBOX doesn't work anymore.

I tried requesting and was denied a refund for Forza Horizon 3 Premium Ed. since it doesn't play at all and when I try to play the game it takes me to the Store and wants me to purchase the game again. I have tried restoring console with and without games,
deleted my profile and games and reinstalled profile with the game and I am still having the same issue, also tried downloading it on my friends console and it is still having the same issue. Profile is attached to my console.

Since I was denied a refund and the game wont work and I am unable to get in contact with support does anybody have any advice on what I can do to help get the game working ? any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Kanna,

Sorry for the issue with trying to get a refund. There is a
website to request a refund. If that doesn't work follow these steps to request a call back, only if unable to request refund on the website.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Here is the Error code I get from Contact Us when I request to talk to agent in chat or when I request a call back from MS.

the only thing I am able to do is chat with CS Bot, when I request an agent it gives me the option for chat or call back no matter which I select for last 2 years I have been getting message saying to try again later or will load request for hours until
I cancel.

The number will still work, but it will only direct you to the support site. It is no longer a way to directly contact support.

That is what I thought that it was still down as a direct way to contact support. I am not able to contact support through this way either, when I try here and on XBOX.com I get the same message, that there is a error and to try again later.
