    Can't get in to my 360 account.


    Basically, I can use Xbox Live just fine on the XB1 side of things, but very often if I go to play any Xbox 360 game it will not allow me to log in or use my Xbox Live account.

    I have tried:

    • Making a change to my avatar (occasionally works)
    • Hard resetting my Xbox with a full power cycle
    • Clearing Xbox 360 data from my Xbox One
    • Making a second account (which also ends up locked a lot)
    • Restarting my internet
    So I am getting nowhere. It seems to be an internal issue of some sort, as even my second account becomes unable to use Xbox Live. It works as of right this second, but this has been a daily off and on issue for about a week. I can confirm that I have NOT
    been banned.

    Please help I've been trying to get in my Xbox live account. The issue is that I no longer have the email or the phone number attached to my account. This is incredibly frustrating, I've had this account since like 06. My gamertag is x0ffinthew00dsx

    Gifting Money to Other Accounts

    Okay, so I got a gift card for my birthday, and I wanted to get a XBOX 360 game, but since I can't purchase them on this account, so I used my other account that can purchase 360 games, but to my surprise, you can't buy XBOX 360 games using money from an
    XBOX card.

    So I wanted to send that money from my other account to this account because I get XBOX LIVE deals on this account, but I can't find out how to send that money to this account.

    Someone please help!

    Is your password longer then 16 characters?

    If so the 360s do not like passwords longer then 16 characters so change your password to something less then 16 characters.

    Another issue would be if you have two step verification turned on if you do turn it off or use your app password.
