cant get in to multiplayer because of a account that i cant get into

on my xbox one i cant get in to the parental controls because of a account that i cant get into and we have tried to sign into my dads gmail and it does not work

I can not access the email that the code was sent to. I heard about these codes being emailed about a week ago so i went on here and changed my contact email to a current one but i did not get the code on the email. The one that i had on here is from long
ago with a security question that i have no idea what the answer i would have entered. Ive played 15,000 games of reach and it would be a shame if i give up on halo 4 because i cant rank up with the rest of the community. If i could please get the email on
my current contact email which is [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MICROSOFT ACCOUNT] or sent to me in a message it would be appreciated.

also i meant to put this in the sticky thread for this topic but i couldnt find a reply to topic button and i though the new post button would be it but apparently it started its own topic. i tried to find away to delete my post and try and movie it to the
correct location but i also cant find that option. i apologize for this.

Once you've done that and have successfully changed your e-mail, please make one single post in this section
