    Can't get in contact with microsoft, even after clicking 'contact us'


    Can someone please tell me how to actually make contact with microsoft? None of the options fit my problem, and everything I click sends me to more automation.

    On the contact site, if you're not seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" works for me.

    Sorry to hear you have not received your refund yet. What date did you get approved? I am seeing others having delays so it seems there was a problem and now there is a backlog.

    If you received any email related to the refund you may be able to reply to that.

    When you go to Http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
    click no thanks to the virtual assistant to be given other options of contacting support including chatting with themand requesting a call back. If you dont see those options, change your topic.
