Can't get Games With Gold Super Meat Boy on Xbox One

We have an Xbox One and Xbox 360.

All three of my children have gold accounts.

On our Xbox One, when we try and go to the Games with Gold tile and select Super Meat Boy, we are sent to the Super Meat Boy page and click Show Price.

Then it says "Xbox One Backwards Compatibility" and we hit Continue. But then it says "Sorry, your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox."

Does this mean we have to do it on the 360?

Unable to Purchase and Download Super Meat Boy

Having the exact same error trying to buy/download Super Meat Boy with Games with Gold.

 

Unable to download Super Meat Boy free through Xbox Live Gold on Xbox One

I have Xbox Live Gold on Xbox One and am not able to download Super Meat Boy (an Xbox 360 game) for free. We spent about an hour on the phone speaking to an Xbox Support employee, but he was unable to fix the problem and suggested I post it here. On my Xbox
One, I chose Super Meat Boy in the Gold Members Area. After selecting Show Price, an Xbox One Compatibility Page explains that I can play this Xbox 360 game on my Xbox One. After I selected Continue, the following error message appears: "Sorry. Your account
is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." I am trying to complete this transaction on my Xbox One.

Hi, yes you have to use the 360, if you start the download on the 360 and cancel it at 1% or so or leave it to fully download if you wish, then go onto the Xbox One and the game will be showing as ready to install in the Games section of My games & apps.

 

I haven´t a 360, how can I get it too?
