Can't get games to download or even go into the queue, how do it fix this?

I followed all of your instructions exactly as you stated them and it didn't work. When I tried to reinstall it yet again didn't appear in the queue. If you can think of anything else that would be greatly appreciated.

Please try to solve the problem by following the following procedures:

1. In your console settings, go to the "Account" section and select the "Delete accounts" option and choose the account in question. This will delete your profile from the console, but you will not lose any of its data, don't worry.

I forgot to mention..

Even with the error code the download queues up and actually downloads but it gets to 98% and keeps looping until it tells me that it can't be downloaded.

Wondering if you guys could help me. I have no problem downloading the game but when I go back online I have to do a game update which doesn't work. It queues itself multiple times and never starts updating. How do i fix that?
