Can't get games from 360 to One

Some of our games have showed up on the 'Ready to Install" list, but we can't seem to get others to get there.

On the 360, we see the game says 'play on xbox one', we hit 'x', then select 'play on xbox one', and it takes us to a xbox one spotlight/exclusive menu.

I don't know what to do once we get there.

The games we are trying to get on xbox one are: Ghostbusters Sanctum of Slime, Halo Wars, Halo Reach, Halo Spartan ****, Hexic, Hydro Thunder, Ms Splosion Man, Ms Pac-Man, N+, R-Type Dimensions, Spelunky, The Cave, Trials HD, Tron Evolution

Can't buy or download 360 games from Xbox one

Why can I not buy or download 360 games from the Xbox one store on my account? I can't even download the free 360 games on my Xbox one. Now I have to get the physical disc in order for it to work.

Red Dead Redemption added today. Can't get any savegames from the 360 to Xbox One.

 

You have to buy the games before they goto your ready to install section or have the disk to install the files while connected onl@e

 

All of these games have already been purchased and are in the 'my games' tab of our 360.

We usually purchase online and download the games.

How can I tell if the game is a digital download?

I guess try to play it and it will ask for the disc.

Are you signed into the account that originally purchased those games? In order to install these games on the Xbox One console, you must be signed into the account that owns the license. You can see which games you own by signing into Xbox.com and checking
My Games.

I purchased those games in an older account I don't use much anymore.

I logged in on the Xbox One and there are all the games waiting to install!
