Can't get further than loading screen

Discus and support Can't get further than loading screen in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Turn on Xbox and screen shows as loading but nothing else is happening.     Can't get further than loading screen


    Turn on Xbox and screen shows as loading but nothing else is happening. Tried rebooting but still doing it.

    TV and OneGuide settings

    I've had the same issue. Trying to set up Live TV. Previously had it hooked up to a 55" TV with no issues. Now trying to hook it up to a home theater system. When I click on TV setup and Oneguide in the TV setup screen comes up with the spinning circle
    and does not go further than this screen. I have tried everything, rebooting, taking out cables for 5 minutes, tried an offline diagnostic reboot and still can't get past the load screen of the tv setup settings. Any ideas?

    I've been having the same green screen with the dots moving (loading) beneath the Xbox logo. I can't get it to do anything, other than off and on. Haven't found a solution in 3 weeks.

    xbox one won't start after installing recent update

    I tried to run the offline update to fix my console. It ended up worse than it was to begin with. I can't even get a screen to display now. I had a black screen for an hour. After that it went to a No Input screen. I tried to redo the offline install and
    it never beeps to try to load the firmware from the flash drive.

    This is getting very frustrating.
