Can't get free TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2 via Xbox Gold

I have the same issue again like many other users from the Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain, ...) experienced with getting Earth Defense Force 2025 while it was offered for free till 15th Sep 2019 to Xbox Live Gold members.

After confirming my (free) purchase Microsoft Server does not send confirmation response and only green wheel is rotating at the blank screen.

My Xbox location configuration was set to Germany and since Microsoft didn't fix the problem some users found that changing location to Australia or USA or Austria solved their problem. In my case I switched from Germany to Austria.

Now, while Austria is set I can't get TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2.

Does anyone have the same issue again and which country you have selected in your Xbox settings to be able to get the game?

I don't even want to try to contact MS support because it was always total waste of time. They didn't even mentioned the issue on their side although in the forum some MS personnel admitted the presence of the problem and promised fast solution (which didn't
came on time). MS support always pointed to some issues on my side and suggested (as always) to remove the account from the console and add it again. Not to mention that requested procedure never solved any of issues I had. It was always some problem from
MS side which at the end they mange to fix or community found some workaround.

have same problem here and i have contacted 2 times with microsoft support, like someone mentioned before a total waste of time, their solution go and get a xbox 360 to download TTT2, then why the heck did i purchase my xbox one? so bunch of nonsense solutions.

Same problem here, same answer from the support. (I bought my ONE because the 360 broke, so the suggestion of trying it on 360 is ridiculous)

If a 360 was really required it should say so in the shop and not allow to start the purchasing process, then aborting in the final step...

I tried 4 devices (XBOX One, 2 Laptops (with 4 Browsers and the Xbox Win10 App) as well as an Android phone), so this is NOT browser-related.

Why did this have to happen shortly after I renewed my subscription. I only subscribed for the 360 games a these could be kept even after expiration of the gold license and now these are the ones I can't claim anymore....!

I have the same problem.

Please understand:

Our region, country etc. are set correctly.

We have valid payment added.

It is not a browser issue.

The issue happened with EDF 2025 too - the workaround there was to switch to Austria - Such additional hassle should not be needed.

The other workaround was to get it on an Xbox 360. Not everyone has an Xbox 360.

It seems it got fixed on the 11th then.

Now the issue is back again with TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2 which is kinda sad really. It is still not fixed as of the 19th. Side note: The game is available and has USK 16.

I hope it gets fixed before the 30th.

I hope it does not happen again.

Is simple. If you have Austria account, you need live in Austria. If you live in another country, you need change locale your account. Example :i always usa uk account, but i live in small stoopid country Czech Republic. But this problem is about
any country. I must migrate from UK to czech Republic account, only for get any games for gold for Xbox 360.in case dlc, if you want any dlc, "this content not available on your current location "i love this stoopid message, you can using simple methoth like
me using VPN app for android. Problem is, you need created or log in specifick account, whitch is dlc whst you want available for buy. In my case i want oblivion gqme and all smalk dlc, bzt for stoopid czech republick is only shimmering Isles and Knight of
nine. But on uk account is more dlc for oblivion. Even i use VPN app for confusing IP detector, still not possible buy dlc for UK region by my czech republick account. I need created new UK account, and in this case i launch VPN app, choose United Kingdom
and i get UK IP adress and i buy all dlc to i want. After confirmed purchases, i turn off VPN app and turned on my Xbox One X console and log in new uk account with purchases dlc. And most important thing yoz to do it. Set "my home xbox"for sharing purchase
content with any another account adding or log in on you console. I buy as gift Season pass for Tom Clancy's The Division on uk locale. Of course happends again problem with using code, i must used UK account+VPN app agsin for redeem code. Now i not have any
problem buy anything from uk account, if looking content is "not available for stoopid czech republick"
