Can’t get free name change

On the site, it says I am allowed to change my username once. However, when I go to claim a free username change, I get charged for it. I assume this is because I picked my name. Still, I believe this offer should be available to all users, not just those
who didn’t pick their name.

My Gamertag has been changed

My Xbox gamertag has been changed to one of the default names because my name was reported as a joke by one of my friends and now I can’t change it to something else or get it back. Please can you look into this and give me a free name change or change it
back. I have lots of progress on this account and don’t want to play as the ‘FluffyColt’. Please

Well since you already have a custom name you dont qualify for a free name change

Onlynwhen you have a randomly generated name do you get a free name change

 

Yes that true when you change your name or in your case pick your name that was your free name change now the system will charge you to change your name.
