Can't get eso plus

Hi,

When I go to market in order to get eso plus, it is impossible :

Xbox one market ask me to enter my card to pay, what I do.

Once done, Xbox one market doesn't see my card, even if I entered it before, I can never find my card and Xbox one market always ask me to enter a new card.

When I go in my Xbox one options (payment and billing), I can see that my card has been entered and exist but when I go back on market, it's like I had never enter payment card.

What can I do ??

Definitely understand the frustrations with this. Sounds like there may have been some confusion with this. For subscription issues such as this Phone/Chat support will be able to best help out. To check, did Bethesda recommend a refund on the subscription
and then a repurchase?

I had a problem similar to this happen when i changed from my original xbox one to my xbox one s , what i ended up having to do was completely deleting all payment options from my xbox the hard reset by holding down the power button then re entering said
info. give this a try and if it doesn't work message me back. hope this helps

I tried what you told me, I deleted all my payment options and I reset my Xbox One holding the main button.

Then, i added my payment card again. Same result, when I go to market, Eso Plus doesn't detect my payment options.

I tried to do as if I would want to buy an other thing on the market. With all the games in the market, when I want to buy them, my payment card is detected, always.

But as soon as I want to buy eso plus, my payment options aren't detected and market ask me to enter a new payment option...

Really weird thing.
