cant get email code from microsoft to order on amazon

If you bought it through Amazon, you should have been given a code to give him. They should have emailed it to the email on your Amazon account, but you can check the order history through Amazon to get it also.

Screw Microsoft. Tried purchasing points from Microsoftstore.com. Messgae after completing the process was We will email you shortly. That was to get a code for points. Nearly 24 hours later and no email from Microsoft. So I went to Amazon. Purchased my
MS points and got a code in a matter of minutes. To anyone else having this problem, bypass Microsoft completely and buy your points through Amazon.

I cancelled my amazon order on wed had same message "cant garrentee cancelation" but got email saying cancelled. I have amazon prime.

Slightly off topic, but did anyone get the pre-order bonus of a kindle e-book when they pre-ordered off Amazon? I did not get a email or code of any sort.
