    Cant get Dungeon Siege III with Live Gold


    Hi,

    I cant get Dungeon Siege III with Live Gold even if its free , i get an error "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

    What its going on?

    Same problem here with Dungeon Siege III, free with GOLD. I didn't have any problems with Dirt 3.

    Same thing for me and others as well, the 360 game with gold of this end of month doesn't seem to be redeemable... I tried yesterday and today, I have a French account.

  5. I suggest resetting our console, internet connection and router and trying again. If that doesn't work please reply

    Hello,

    Does the issue occur both at xbox.com and on the console? Usually at least one will work. If at xbox.com ensure your country in the bottom left corner matches your location and console. Just click the country if it does not.

    Secondly sometimes free Gold trial does not always perform the same as a paid subscription.

    Clearing the system cache may remove any system issues but it is no guarantee.

    1. Remove profile - SETTINGS page (far right from home page), select STORAGE, then find your profile and remove.

    2. While in your hard drive under GAMES & APPS look for any red or yellow icons with incomplete or unknown. Delete them. (This may include the game you are trying to fix)

    3. Clear System Cache - SETTINGS page, select STORAGE and highlight a drive but don't select it. Press Y and select Clear System Cache. Agree when asked.

    4. Be Patient - turn your console off for a full minute. This assists in resetting the console.

    5. Turn on the console and download your profile - it is the icon next to 'create a profile'.

    Try again to download the GOLD item. Hope this helps.

    Same problem here...

    The problem in my case isn't related to the console at all, considering that I don't own an Xbox 360; my "purchase" (or redeeming) has to be done on the PC so I can download the game to my XB1 later.

    Anyway; I contacted Microsoft Support and they've told me there's an issue with Dungeon Siege 3 and that the tech team's trying to resolve it - they told me to try again in 24-48 hours...

    I resolved this issue yesterday by clearing the system cache in the storage area, and no it does not delete your save game data.
