Can't get contana working on my Xbox one console

I can't seem to get contana to work on my Xbox one console, even though it shows out is active but when i try voice commands it can't hear me.....??...!!...

Will i be needing a knicet to have this option to work or can it be done without the knicet device, cause it's hooked up through my Yamaha amp the Xbox console and i thought that the Mic from the Yamaha amp would pick up my voice back to through
the tv/xbox console..??....??...

Can anyone answer this question to help me out to fugue l figure out how to get it working correctly please...!!!....

Also I've got two Xbox one console, both bought second hand one from gumtree and the other from eBay... My question to ask is that the first console bought from gumtree came with games downloaded by the previous owner which I'm able to play on that
console ask games that came with it.. But when I bought the Xbox one elite console and tried to copy the games from the first console onto a external hard drive then transfer them onto the elite console I'm unable to play the games..!!!

Even though I've seen that you should have the console set add your home console (which I've got both consoles on that configuration), and on the first console even though I'm signed into my profile and I'm able to play them games there it's confusing
why I'm unable to do the same in my elite console when i transfer the games over to play them on there...!!...??..

Does any one know if there's a way around other then the option to have the previous owner to allow you TO have there account details (which I'm sure no one would swap that info), to you too able to play these games on the other console..??..??..

Anyone that can help would be much appreciated and go a long way to better understand the Xbox one platform cause I'm new to this (before this I only had a Xbox 360 S console) platform recently...

Can't find TV provider

So I was trying to set up one guide on my Xbox One. It says whenever I'm search by postal code that it can't find my TV provider. And it used to give me several options on my other Xbox one. I tried searching again on my main console that I have had working
with one guide and I get the same error.

Hi! I can't start my Xbox one X console with my controller. I have to start the console with the button on the console. After that, everything is working OK. Anything I done wrong?

Cortana is currently available in the UK and the USA, are you in one of those two supported regions? If not, you will not be able to use the Cortana feature
and will need to use the "Xbox" commands.

Regarding your questions on multiple consoles/purchases. You will not be able to transfer the purchases to a new account as you do not own the account that purchased the games. It sounds as if the person that purchased the games has not changed their
home console yet so you currently have access to them.
