    I'd reedemed my code from my xbox one s 500gb bundle gears of war 4 before December 22 and still don't receive any code or message notification about it.

    What can I do to get tech support about it?

    I have had the gears of war 4 limited edition console got on the 6 of October and it's been a month

    I bought my gears of war4 limited edition console and still have not received my codes for the gears of war collection and I even pre ordered it as well so why have I not received my codes. Never got a message or email with the codes

    haven't recieved my gears of war collection

    I've purchased the gears of war4 on windows store I'm suppose to receive the entire gears of war collection on Xbox one all my friends have received they're codes but I've still not received mine?

    The Xbox 360 Gears of War collection includes Xbox 360 titles Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment. To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves
    through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

    If you meet the qaulification for this promotion, you need to wait 7-10 days from the date of purchase before you receive the code via Xbox Messaging.

    If it is more than 7-10 days and you have not yet received the code, you can post at the General Sales
    & Promotions forums page    .

    GOW 1,2,3, JUDGEMENT codes do not show up in windows 10

    You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

    So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.
