Can't get cloud saves on multiple games.

I have been trying for an hour now and when I put in a game it can't sync cloud saves. I can watch netflix, youtube, and most other streaming services but when I insert games and try to play it just doesn't sync. Any help would be appreciated.

Playing downloaded game on the cloud

The cloud only stores game saves, and your profile when you want to access it from different consoles.

Game saves are tied to each gamertag.

If you are all using the same gamertag, which isn't recommended as it's so easy to make accounts for each person, then you could all use that save. Otherwise you can't, and you can't put the game itself on the cloud.

Also, unless you are using multiple live connected consoles to play one game that you move your profile around, I don't personally recommend cloud.

forza 4 and the cloud???

I purchased a second xbox. How do I access the game save on the cloud. I sign in with my gametag from the old xbox and it starts like a new game can't get old game save from the cloud.

Hi there crazyace63 try rebooting your router or modem by unplugging it for 30 seconds, as well as shutting down your console by unplugging it for 30 seconds.

I'm having the same problem. I've been using cloud storage for about a year and now I can't enable it. I keep getting error code 0x800713D. I've tried looking it up, but it doesn't exist according to Xbox. I've unplugged my xbox, modem and wireless router
with no results. do you have any other suggestions.

Hi Bob,

What I was stating is in the cloud, there are not multiple saves. They get overwritten each time. Being that when your game synced and it pulled up a save from an earlier time this is the only one there on the cloud for some reason. If you were playing offline
and reached level 69, this save did not upload to the cloud.

Ok, I understand.

That depends on whether the console has already synchronized the deleted game to the cloud.

If the console hasn't deleted the game save from the cloud yet, the game sync with the save file in the cloud automatically. When you start the game, it'll download the save from the cloud.

If the game save however is gone in the cloud as well, then there is currently no way to get it back again.

If you went to Menu > Manage Games > Saves > Delete Save Data > “Delete Everywhere“, it's deleted from the cloud and can't be recovered.

Hello There,

Sorry for the issue with your save. As you selected the most recent save, this has overwritten your cloud save. With any Xbox one model, all games are automatically saved to the cloud. When you tried to move from cloud you are moving the save you just created.
On the cloud it does not create multiple saves for the game, like some in game saves do. Unfortunately, at this point you will have to start over.

Even though the console shows 25% used, the partition for savegames is not shown, and is not accessible by the user.

Usually, the console manages these saves, and uploads saves to the Xbox Live Cloud removing saves of games you haven't .

If you play with the console often without internet connection, it can't upload the saves to the cloud, and eventually gets low on local storage in the savegame partition, as it can't offload the older saves to the cloud.
