Cant get Call of Duty!!!!

    Cant get Call of Duty!!!!


    I can't get CoD MW2 on my console. When I hit the center button on the remote nothing happens. I have a brand new system and the controller is paired. I go to gaming and hit the center button and nada happens. All I want is to play MW2. 600$ for a console and ugh. Help what am I doing wrong???

    Hope you're doing great today despite this Robert

    Please try this, usually that helps:
    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

    Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

    If yes, where did you get it?
    And, did you tried to use this website to redeem it?

    Cant get Call of Duty!!!!

    problem is when I hit this button (Press the Xbox button  to open the guide) nothing happens. I have troubleshot some more and have a frustrating situation. It asked me to do the code thing before but when I backed out of the gaming part and then power cycled it get the setup screen again but my android wont let me install it. I have space on my phone and it is not installed. I tried installing the app on my laptop but there is no place to add the code it had showing
