    Can't get Bluey Game to work?


    Can't get the Bluey game to work on my Xbox one! Downloaded it, everything seems to be good to go, the game starts and does the opening theme song, but gets to the start menu and says "press A to start" and nothing happens when you press a. So we returned the game and got a new one and same issue is happening.

    Any ideas? Would appreciate any help!

    Have you tried to reset your console?

    Please, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

    I can't get bluey game to start

    Xbox series x

    Yes I do have external device for games

    Digital game through Xbox pass

    this is not happening to any of my other games

    and the factories reset was done by keeping my games and apps

    • Would you mind giving this a try?

    - Launch Bluey and wait for it to get to that screen.
    - Without quitting the game, go to My Games and Apps > Bluey > Manage game & add-ons > Saved data > Reserved Space > Delete reserved space.
    - Try launching the game again.

    • If the previous doesn't work:

    - Go to Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual > and set the Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4.
    - Restart your console and try launching the game again.

    • Additionally:

    - May I ask if your console is set as your Home Xbox?
    - The external storage device you are using, is it an Expansion card or a regular HDD/SSD?
