Can't get back my Xbox live account on 360

Hello

This is a weird issue but I tried to get back my xbox live account on my xbox 360. If I remember well, I used it for the last time at least 5 years ago.

When I try to download my profile, it starts to download it, I can even see the gamertag on the screen then after a few seconds, I get the 8015190A error which means xbox live connexion failed OR there is an unknown problem with my profile.

But it seems xbox live connexion is OK, I tested it before so what now ? I also tried to clear cache but I'm still stuck.

My email address and password are good, I can log in on every other support with it. including this website.

So I just want to contact the support but there is no way to do it directly, I'm always redirected on this forum, so I'm here please help ! I hope I'm in the good place to solve this problem.

Is your password longer then 16 characters?

If so the 360s do not like passwords longer then 16 characters so change your password to something less then 16 characters.

Another issue would be if you have two step verification turned on if you do turn it off or use your app password.

Hi,

To get back your account on the Xbox 360 , you have to set a correct payment method on your account otherwise it cant work on the Xbox 360… check your payement method here
