    Can't get back into Minecraft account after over 10 attempts to recover my account.


    I've been trying for over two months to get my Minecraft account back, as it had been stolen from me so when I tried to enter my password over and over (thinking I just mistyped something)it didn't work. The current email associated with the account is not mine so I have been trying to fill in and submit an account recovery.

    I have tried doing this over and over yet every time I do it I'm greeted with an email stating 'automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient'. I've tried to put as much information as I can but each time it automatically gets flagged.

    I'm honestly at the end of my rope with what I should do to get my account back, any help would be nice.

    I have attempted to use the account recovery forum but as I have two factor authentication turned on, the form is automatically denied. I also cannot turn of 2FA because I can't access the account. As far as I am aware, I have run out of options for recovering my account. Even after changing my password multiple times, I still can't verify my account due to the error. I appreciate the attempt, but I can't see a way of recovering this account.

    Hello again,

    so i spoke with Xbox helper and he told me that my minecraft java edition from Xbox Game Pass doesn't exist after the migration and it can't be recovered,

    but how is that possible that account can be deleted without any warning, and can't be recovered because it doesn't make sense in my opinion. Also in FAQ about migration there is no information what will happen when you migrate mojang account to microsoft account that has java edition minecraft.

    I'd forgot to mention that I had bought Minecraft Java on a different account. But after losing that account I had made a new account. When I switched over, I was given Minecraft bedrock (Minecraft windows 10 edition) not Minecraft Java.
