Can't get back into Annie's Old Fashioned XXX Supply Shop after beating psycho

Hey everyone! So I just beat DR3 and am now going through each chapter to find all the Frank statues. I'm now trying to get the statue that is located in Annie's XXX shop but the door is locked. It doesn't seem to matter what chapter I select either. I'm
aware that you can't get in with followers but I have none. I've already defeated the psycho who is located within the shop as well. Has anyone else had this problem?

Call me old fashioned but you can't beat walking into a shop and buying electronic goods, when something goes wrong it's worth the little extra you may have paid just to get it sorted over the counter.

You don't need an app to order pizza. Just do it the old fashioned way and order by phone or go down to the shop personally and order.
