    Can’t get back into account


    If anyone can help please....we were tryung to fix an app and restored the xbox one while saving apps but when it came back on the apos are there but all his content is gone. While I now realize this was a big mistake. Is there any way to log back into
    his account and access his items (most importantly his Minecraft and Rocket League). Im the worst mother in the world right now for trying to help my son and erasing all his content. I spoke to a compurer repair store and they told me theres nothing you
    can do but can he at least start from scratch as we bought these games. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    On my other account I have been permanently banned for no reason it says for violating the community but someone has been on my account I’ve submitted an appeal and it got denied
