Cant get avatar items on the xbox

Discus and support Cant get avatar items on the xbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am trying to buy an avatar item but it says I cant get it on xbox.com and to buy it on my xbox but I am trying to buy it on my xbox.     Cant get avatar items on the xbox


    I am trying to buy an avatar item but it says I cant get it on xbox.com and to buy it on my xbox but I am trying to buy it on my xbox. Please help

    Transfer avatar award or trigger achievement on different account to facilitate that

    Hey,

    Unfortunately, the option to transfer content such as Avatar items and Achievements in which the avatar item was unlocked with cant be transferred to other accounts.

    However, congratulations on completing the game though Cant get avatar items on the xbox :) Happy Gaming!

    Earned avatar awards not shown on xbox one.

    Hey everyone. Ive noticed since the xbox experience has gone live that I cant use my avatar awards ive unlocked in the past. I was completely able to use them before. I cant even find "Avatar Awards" next to the default/purchased cloths like before on my
    xbox one. I tried going on xbox.com as well and tried swapping them there. I was able to swap and save default and purchased items but when I tried the awards, I could put them on my avatar but when is try to save it says "There was an error saving the avatar,
    please try again later". Am I doing something wrong or is just not possible to use the awarded avatar items now?

    Is there an error message when you attempt to purchase a certain avatar item? What does it exactly say?

    You should be able to buy avatar items on both this website and the Xbox avatar store.

    Offensive Avatar Items.

    MS should remove avatars period as they are a joke and I cant believe people pay for these dumb items.
