cant get any xbox 360 games

i am not able to by 360 games on my xbox one everytime i try to by a game i dont own in the list of backwards compatible games i am put to a screen that says bundle only then when i click on it it says we didn't find anything if i try to buy them on xbox.com
it says bundle only and when i click on them it sends me to the bottom of that current page what is the point of backwards combatible if i cant get the games at all

Where is my Gold games got on Xbox One?

I have Gold subscription, and download free gold games on xbox one (one and 360)

But today I logon on 360 and cant find any available for download games.

Why? I was expecting get my 360 games. Is it possible?

Everyone is having this problem.

You have to buy games through a xbox 360

If you dont have one, then there is no solutions

MS hasn't said anything about this so im not sure if its gonna get fixed

 

all the BC is only valid if you have xbox 360, or games on discs from friends...

and again MS spits in its customers eyes....

 

@ObeyTheFerret You just need to download the game from the website but first you need a valid payment option. I did that with DiRT 3 yesterday and the game is sitting in my list of "Ready to Install."

but as I already wrote in the forum,

I have a valid payment method (paypal and VISA) which work on the website (I paid my live gold with that as well as bought games online).

I tried to download through the website (xbox.com more correct xbox.de, as I am in Germany) but there is not option to download the game. it only tells me:

You have no valid payment options on file.

Change Payment Options.

and when I click on that (Change Payment Options), nothing happens.

It looks like valid payment option means that one has/had a game tag for xb360. (again I have valid payment for xb1, just to check it I bought now a game and it works).

Additionally, when I look for Dirt 3 from the xb1 games (on the web), it says bundle only and there is no option to get it.

any other suggestion??

Try purchasing a game via the website instead if it shows up as "Bundle only"

marketplace.xbox.com/.../Xbox360Games Just make sure the game is BC compatible

 

Microsoft should be ashamed that they let this go on for so long with even attempting to fix the problem. Shame on you microsoft. SHAME!!! Backwards compatibility-- how about no ability to play to xbox 360 games on the xbox one. SHAME!!!
