Cant get any help on stupid software issues

Oke here i am unable to get any help and stick an tired of microsofts bugs in the xbox dashboard. English is hard for me so i preffer to contact someone when there are troubles with stupid software.

Here are the last 3 examples of my xbox expirince:

1. wanted to play a game for an hour and spend two fixing and hard resetting my xbox.

2. Wanted to play a simple song via Spotify, xbox spend half an hour updating.

3. Wanted to play a game, noticed that my xbox was still on a wireless conection wile updating the game and switched to a wired one. Result is that i am locked out of my library and all of the help futures. Next i spend the last 3 hours trying to contact microschoft.

So yes this is a post about venting my frustrations, and i am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction to get actual help on this issue.

As last i want to get one thing of my chest, i am an loyal xbox gamer (12 years of live) and for me the last year has been the worst experience of al the time i have been using xbox.

I hope someone who can bring change at the customer support as wel as change the stuppid coding in the xbox dashboard sees this post and Will bring the changes nessesery.

I just canceld my live sub. And stay unsubbed until things get better
