Can't Get Any Help From Microsoft

I've tried for several days now to organise a warranty repair for my Xbox controller which has bad stick drift. I've tried to clean it with dust remover etc., nothing works.

When trying to organise the repair the site kept returning error messages when I tried to enter my address.

I then tried to contact someone, but was only given the option to chat to a bot. The bot just told me to organise a warranty repair. Great.

I tried to lie and request a call back, but that keeps coming back with "an error at our end, please try aain".

My controller has now fallen out of warranty, so I'm really not happy. Can anyone tell me how to get past the errors and the bots to get in contact? An e-mail address preferably so I don't have to sit on hold for an hour.

Does anyone from Microsoft actually read these forums? The chat support told me to post here to get a mod to help me out in short order. I think it's pretty sad that you can't get any direct help through microsoft...even after repeated contact.
