Cant get any help for a refund

when i check the order all it says is that it is refunded. There's no information on why an order would be refunded on any of the help pages and I cant get a hold of anyone because the offices are closed, but I'm a overnight worker and will have to stay
up to be able to get any help.

I was given a refund on a game that was bought without me knowing. The issue is it was refunded to a non reloadable gift card that was on my account. When i go to support it says i cant talk to anyone about this issue. Cant find out where to get a hold of someone to talk to about this. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Even if its a non reloadable card, refunds would still be able to be processed to it. I know because ive gotten refunds to non reloadable cards.

That being said refunds always go back to the original payment method so there wouldn't be a way to have them refund it any other way.

"We're really sorry we can't give you a refund. It’s been longer than our refund policy allows for digital game products. Thanks for understanding. "

Back to square one I guess. I haven't really paid any of these 3. They just are there linking to nothing. Cant get rid of them, cant get them refunded. Microsoft really is making this hard.
