Cant get any games to start

Every game is downloaded, brand new XBOX one.

I get to the title screen and I either just completely freeze, or it times out boots me back to the main screen.

Now the controller seems to work when it feels like it.

3 days in, haven't been able to play a game.

Cant get DR2 to start

So back when dead rising 2 was free I downloaded it and am just now in the mood to try it, only when I start it up it makes it after the first cutscene, and then is stuck loading continuously. Ive restarted, redownloaded, cleared cache, nothing makes it
work. Has anyone else had this problem?

I personally have never had this problem, so I can't help with this sorry. I'll try to find somebody who could though. If you find an answer yourself, let me know so I can help people with similar problems!

 

Can you try power cycling your console and see if that helps at all?

I have been having similar problems. Power cycling does not fix them. Minecraft, Pure Pool, Dragon Age, and Netflix all just return to the dashboard. Madden will play but not in the MUT mode. Amazon Prime video loads just fine. Pure Pool will work if I am
offline and remove the userid first. My Kinect went out...choppy video with no sound or mic. Gamer tag pic is not loading.

 

Resetting to factory defaults fixed the issues.
