Can't get any game to play right now.

I have FIFA and CoD and neither will play. They both go to the loading screen then immediately back to the XBOXOne home screen. I've checked both discs and they are both clean. I have also restarted they console several times. Any help will be appreciated.

I want to know why I can't play any game on my console right now cause I can't sign in to my profile or any of my families profiles, on my system?

 

Nevermind, this seems to be a problem with my whole console. It is freezing up completely now.

 

Hey Stealreaper.

Lets reboot the system completely. With the console on, press and hold the power button on the console for 5-8 seconds until it shuts off. Unplug the power supply, wait about 30 seconds and then plug it in and reboot. You should see the green splash screen
upon reboot.

yes i contact microsoft a lot of time about this issue.

FIrst Fix: put your console in english with USA as location

Second fix: press the start button at the same time of the power button keep it for 10-15 second.

xbox will restart or close then restart and it should work.

the first fix resolve all my problem
