    Can't get any digital content to download


    We've been trying to download 2 digital content games for over a week, even with internet speeds of 14.5 mb/s these files keep resetting the download, I was trying to have it completed BEFORE Christmas so kids could just plug it in and play but we've even
    given up with the digital and went andbought a disc game, but when we put the disc in guess what it has to download and that won't progress either.. we never had these issues with the 360, what is the deal with this? This is a brand new unit

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Updates.
    3. If there are any updates, they’ll appear in the left menu. If not, you'll see "No console update available."

    A Question...

    You have access to your digital content on any console regardless of which is set to your home, thats the point of digital content, all you have to do is downloaded it.

    If you want to share content then see other posts.

    There is no way to transfer games, game saves or any digital downloaded content between accounts.
