    Cant get an Xbox 360 game on Xbox One


    So i'm trying to play Assassins Creed 3 on the Xbox One, but it doesn't come up in my ready to install. I have it as a digital copy and it is backwards compatible, so it should be available on the Xbox One. Please help!

    Cant get an Xbox 360 game on Xbox One

    Try to go to the store instead of the ready to install menu to see if it has the download option. Make sure not to accidentally hit purchase again if it doesn't.

    https://commerce.microsoft.com     and check if you really purchased the game in the past. This page contains the information about your past purchases, and contains tax relevant information. So Microsoft would be in deep trouble, if important tax relevant
    purchases simply went missing on that page.

    Maybe you used a different account when you bought the game back then?

    If you are playing on xbox one you wont have access to it as it is an xbox 360 game and you cant access the 360 store on the xbox one
