    Can't get an IP Adress


    I have gotten an error when trying to connect to my router saying "Cannot get an IP address", I have already restarted my router and has not worked, I even power cycled the xbox one. Thank you!

    Hey there stevesauce07.

    Can you share the make and model of your Gateway? If it was provided to you by your internet provider, they may be able to best help with setting up bridge mode as well Can't get an IP Adress :)

    Can't get Teredo IP adress

    I can't join parties successfully because I can't get a teredo IP adress. The Xbox website is suggesting to me that I should put my gateway into bridge mode but I don't know how to do that.. any help?

    Can you share the make and model of your Gateway? If it was provided to you by your internet provider, they may be able to best help with setting up bridge mode as well :)

    try to call your internet service provider because they can give you a new ip adress so those people can't attack your ip adress again because it's unknown to them and block them and never join a party with people you don't know because they can track your
    ip adress through xbox parties these days with software
