    Can't get access to my info


    this its the second time the I had this problem and I don't want to solved the same way, last weekend when the live service went offline, i couldn't get sign in on my console creating a bigger issue for me because i couldn't see or access any of my apps,
    games savings, and i couldn't access my removable drive. After they fix the service I had to download my profile, and I had to download all my apps again, I lost all my game savings, and I had to set up again my removable drive losing everything. As you can
    imagine XBOX was offline sometime yesterday, and I have the same nightmare again now, i don't want to lose everything again, and start from zero. Can anyone tell me if there its an alternate solution to this? thanks

    I'm trying to switch an email account with the one I already have, the problem is I can't get in my old account because I forgot all my info! How can I change my email if I can't access my account on the xbox?

    hey can't seem to get in touch with anyone to do with microsoft so wondered if any of u could help me. I have money in my xbox account, but I can't access it, it tells me on the xbox to go to a website for more info but there's no info?! any advice please??

    I don`t see how you can lose all your game saves and your apps unless somehow you are deleting everything on your HDD.

    Even when XBL is off-line you should still be able to sign into your profile on your console, you just wouldn`t have access to any apps as these are all on-line enabled.

    thanks but do u think maybe a hardware issue? its a hell of coincidence but I don't have any other explanation, i will appreciate ur help

    When was the Live srevice Off-line???

    Why did you remove the HDD?? Have you called support??

    Did you by chance reformate the drive??? How did you lose the saves??

    I couldn't agree more. I'm getting the same errors for over 4 hours now, can't play any of my games because my system apparently can't access my Xbox Live account info... PLEASE FIX YOUR CRAP MICROSOFT!

    If you can't get back to original owner to get more details, I'd say contact support for more info. On the forums no one has access to such info.

    No i dont. I get this message when i try to get into the security dashboard:

    This site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info updates on 12/5/2022 you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code.

    On 11/5/2022 you requested that your security info be replaced

    Which i don't have the code. Can't just someone change the email to mine. I can prove it's my account

    And no you can't access the info in that's way as that is private info

    That's the risk you take with prepaid cards you lose it you dont get a replacement

    Unlike real creditcards they send you a replacement father then give you security info
