Can't get a Teredo IP address

one day I turn on my xbox and it said my NAT was strict and I can't connect to multiplayer. I have tryed many things and its still not working, not sure what to do. I have a actiontec c1000a modem and my detailed NAT info says my network is behind a firewall
or is not connected. (if that helps at all) I would appreciate some help plz.

Can't get Teredo IP Address

I cannot play online nor join a party of any kind because I keep getting the following error: "Can't get a Teredo IP Address."

I have all the following ports open:

TCP: 53, 80, 3074

UDP: 53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500

-UpnP is Enabled

-Xbox One X Factory Reset 3x

-Modem reset

Nothing works for more then 24hrs., this is incredibly frustrating.

EDIT: I have a wired connection and it's connected via IPv4

I've been running into an almost identical issue for the past week. Hope we can get some answers/fixes.

why is this such a pain in the ***. why do I have to all this *** with my modem to get it to work. all I have to do for my ps4 to work is connect to the internet and it works. Tryed a bunch of settings and still nothing. no help here *** this ***

Can you try putting your Xbox One's IP address into the settings
for DMZ in your actiontek device as described here?

I have enable DMZ Hosting,IPv6 WAN Settings,IPv6 LAN Settings,UPnP and set firewall to low. Still nothing

I have restore factory defaults. and now it says your internet is good but there are some xbox service issues. now that I think about it mess up the day when the April update came out.

Hi WilliamSalmeron, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, make sure that all the packs and add-ons required for the games are installed. To do so, please follow the steps below:

"1. In My games & apps, highlight the game Call Of Duty Cold War (but don't select it).

2. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen.

4. Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

5. Select the tickbox for each item that you want to install (or untick to uninstall).

6. Select Save changes."

Once you have to make sure that they're all installed it should fix the issue wherein the console is asking you to purchase it.

Now to fix the issue with your multiplayer connection please follow the steps below as per Xbox Support:

"Make sure your router has the latest update"

"Make sure your router has Teredo connectivity enabled."

Once done, perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
