Can't Get a Teredo IP Address

First, let me mention I am part of of the Preview Program so I don't know if that's what's causing the problem or not. Apparently, if you miss a preview update you have to re-download all the updates again? I had to download like 2GB's of updates like Saturday
(I just missed ONE update) and after it finished I didn't really play online any, until yesterday... Just got GTA V, took like 4 hours to download because of my painfully slow internet connection. Tried to play GTAO and it wouldn't sign me in, telling me to
sign in to Xbox Live. How does this work? I'm signed in to Xbox Live, but can't play mulitplayer? I ended up spending 3 hours trying to fix it last night. All that's left is or me to factory reset it. Is there a way I can just remove the preview updates or
something? Or move all my games and apps to my external hard drive and then factory reset it?

Can't get Teredo IP Address

I cannot play online nor join a party of any kind because I keep getting the following error: "Can't get a Teredo IP Address."

I have all the following ports open:

TCP: 53, 80, 3074

UDP: 53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500

-UpnP is Enabled

-Xbox One X Factory Reset 3x

-Modem reset

Nothing works for more then 24hrs., this is incredibly frustrating.

EDIT: I have a wired connection and it's connected via IPv4

If you encounter an teredo ip error and everything was fine before unfortunately there is no other way than doing a factory reset. Well if you move all your games and apps to the external drive you do not need to reinstall them again.

The size of preview updates is not related to any missing updates. Sometimes depending on the content they are bigger than "normal".

Hi WilliamSalmeron, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, make sure that all the packs and add-ons required for the games are installed. To do so, please follow the steps below:

"1. In My games & apps, highlight the game Call Of Duty Cold War (but don't select it).

2. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen.

4. Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

5. Select the tickbox for each item that you want to install (or untick to uninstall).

6. Select Save changes."

Once you have to make sure that they're all installed it should fix the issue wherein the console is asking you to purchase it.

Now to fix the issue with your multiplayer connection please follow the steps below as per Xbox Support:

"Make sure your router has the latest update"

"Make sure your router has Teredo connectivity enabled."

Once done, perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
