Cant get a Teredo IP Address!

I am unable to use multiplayer on the Xbox One , can connect to the internet/Xbox live perfectly but when I do the multiplayer test the message "cannot get a Teredo IP Address" appears.

I am at a university , so believe I have a public IP. System administrator told me all ports are open

Had an xbox 360 and xbox live worked fine, now have a Xbox One and cant find any games online

Wired or wireless: Wired

Things you have tried: spoke to ms,told me to reset xbox, Spoke to System administrator at university

NAT strict... contacted xbox, my internet provider and my router provider and still no help

i do the multiplier test and i always get cant get a teredo IP address

Consult with the IT department at your school, to make sure the following ports are being forwarded:

• Port 500 (UDP)
  ISAKMP for IPsec services
• UDP Port 3544 (UDP) Teredo transition mechanism (tunneling)
• UDP Port 4500 (UDP) IPsec over NAT traversal

This indicates that at least one UK university has chosen to block all Teredo traffic:

Thanks for your help people! after about a month and a couple of phonecalls they updated the firewall and opened teredo ports so everything is good now
