Can't get a Teredo IP address - tried everything I could find

Ever since we switched to Comcast I have not been able to play online. I just bought GTA V and can't play multiplayer. I can connect to the internet fine and I downloaded the game off the store fine so I know it works, but multiplayer just doesn't work.

Things you have tried:

1. Reset modem

2. Power cycled Xbox

3. Opened ALL ports

4. Assigned a static IP and tried using DMZ

5. When I hold down the triggers and look at Detailed NAT information, i see "Your network is behind a firewall (or not connected)."

6. Enabled Bridge Mode (this shut off my entire internet)

7. Enabled/disabled UPnP

8. Cleared the Alternate MAC address

9. Disabling IPv6 entirely

10. Different combinations of the above steps

can't find teredo IP address

When i test multiplayer connection it says that they "cant find a Teredo IP address". unplugging everything didn't help but then the next step is to make sure UDP port 3544 isn't blocked. Well, I have no clue what that is so i skipped it. I have an ASUS
laptop if anyone knows how to fix the UDP port 3544 through ethernet into the ASUS then please inform m. Then i did all this other stuff having to do with IP addresses and it turned out i think i have to call my service provider. They first said that if I
didn't change anything than nothing should have happened. I said OK and ended the call. It probably does have something to do with my ISP (charter) but i would prefer not to have to call them unless it comes to that. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I
will answer any questions you need.

 

Can't find Teredo IP address

This week suddenly could not join multiplayer game. Checked connection and received "Can't find Teredo IP address" curious how this can just happen overnight. Have same ISP and they have changed nothing that I can see on the network. Contacting to them be
sure, but seems odd My Xbox One all of the sudden has a NAT issue.

 

Could you please do a multiplayer connection test? In the result screen please hold LT, LB, RT and RB simultaneously to start the detailed connection test and post the results here. If you cannot obtain a teredo ip you should be on a strict nat, not an open
one.

 

I did, it says under Detailed NAT information that my network is behind a firewall (or not connected) and it gives me status code 0x40002000064. Everything else is fine, 0% packet loss, 1480 MTU, 102 ms latency and 100% wireless strength

 

Same here same error code have you found a fix yet?

 

I have the exact same issue. I don't believe its my gateway as I have been playing fine all along.
