Can't get a Teredo IP address - tried almost everything

Hello, I currently have a strict NAT and can't get a Teredo IP address. I have attempted to port forward and have factory installed my xbox one. This problem occured a few days ago but went away. Now it is not going away at all. I can play multiplayer
games but cannot connect to parties. I have a verizon fios router.

Can't get Teredo IP Address

I cannot play online nor join a party of any kind because I keep getting the following error: "Can't get a Teredo IP Address."

I have all the following ports open:

TCP: 53, 80, 3074

UDP: 53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500

-UpnP is Enabled

-Xbox One X Factory Reset 3x

-Modem reset

Nothing works for more then 24hrs., this is incredibly frustrating.

EDIT: I have a wired connection and it's connected via IPv4

I've been running into an almost identical issue for the past week. Hope we can get some answers/fixes.

Appreciate if you can post up the make and model number of your Verizon Fios router. Can you also let us know if this is the only networking device which connect between your ISP's network and your local network, or if you connect an additional router/switch
that sits between your Fios router and any given host on your local network. If so, post up the make and model of this device as well.

Can you also tell us if you connect more than one Xbox to the same router Internet connection.

Be sure to include any troubleshooting steps you have tried up to this point, so we don't post up solutions that may only echo back.
