Can't get a Teredo IP address error but ports are open

Hello, I have been having this problem for a good While now. I have manually gone through and opened all my ports for my games and the Xbox itself. But, it still won't let me connect to parties and gives me the teredo IP address error. Videos say to completely
reset the console but I really don't want to have to go through the hours of re downloading everything again. Please help

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: my NAT changes a lot. it shows moderate on the actual game but my Xbox usually says open. Sometimes it changes to strict

Sometimes a Teredo IP Address error can occur when the ports necessary for connecting are not being assigned. To the sounds of it, your router can only support one Xbox with an open NAT type.

I would assign the Xbox One with a reserved/static IP address and then place that IP address into the DMZ mode of the router and or port forward the following ports list

Sorry you're having issues with your console. That error is often referencing IPv6. Try logging into your router and changing DHCP to IPv4, then unplug your xbox, and plug it in.

First of all, reset Your gateway to factory defaults, then enable UPnP on it and do not use manual port forwarding. Second set Your Xbox One to get IP address from gateway by DHCP.

After that do network test and after it's end, use this combination of buttons: LT+RT+LB+RB. And post here detailed information about NAT.
