Can't get a teredo adress

Hi guys I don't know if someone can help me, recently I bought an xbox one s, probably like 5 days old, the first two days everything ran smooth no issues or anything, after that it started loggin me off after 5-10min into xbox live, I can't listen to my
friends on party nor play any videogame online, I already tried reseting all my networking devices and the xbox, on the settings the xbox displays few different errors, sometimes it shows "can't get a teredo adress", "NAT type unavailable" and even sometimes
says that the NAT type is open and all services are available, still I can't play online I find this weird since I had another xbox before and there wasn't any issues like this, also there is a ps4 that also connects to the same network as mine and it doesn't
show any issues, do you guys think that the xbox may be defective, or what other options I have before throwing my xbox to the trash or go exchange it for a ps4? :c

I hope someone can help me since I found several discussions about this issue but they are really old...

Hey there stevesauce07.

Can you share the make and model of your Gateway? If it was provided to you by your internet provider, they may be able to best help with setting up bridge mode as well

Can't get Teredo IP adress

I can't join parties successfully because I can't get a teredo IP adress. The Xbox website is suggesting to me that I should put my gateway into bridge mode but I don't know how to do that.. any help?

When you can let's be sure to work through all the steps that call out the

Teredo error. You may also want to contact your Internet Service Provider to check if there is anything that needs to be adjusted with your router.

First - like I always say: Be sure you run the latest Firmware for your Router. If you have 2 xboxes you have to Use UPnP on your router that it can work correctly.

If you can get a teredo Adress you can't play - maybe your ISP changed something and blocks the Teredo Port?

If nothing helps I would do a Factory reset of the console and check if it helps.

If having a problem with obtaining an Teredo IP adress you maqy plqease call your provider to ask, if they maybe block the teredo protocol, as the dlink routers are not blocking it.
