can’t get a refund on cold war the developer made unplayable

february 12th cold war got an update that made the game crash at launch and was unplayable. i called xbox and was told basically-we think it’s something that can be fixed in a later patch so just wait and no refund. (waiting is not an option because it has a battle pass. waiting means missing content but whatever i’ll wait). i came back this week after 5 months and yeah it worked again. i got a sold 4? ish days of playing until cold war got updated again on the 15th. THEY BROKE THE GAME AGAIN! spent 30 minutes trying to get into games for it to instantly disconnect. (my wifi tested at 218 mbps. it’s absolutely not my internet). it’s not my fault they broke the game beyond the 3 hour window! xbox told me too bad it’s been longer than 3 hours and if you ask for a refund again we’ll ban you (i have the email to prove it). so what are my options to get a refund now? it’s not my fault they keep breaking the game-but now i get shafted??? cyberpunk got no questions asked refunds for bugs but if you try with cold war they threaten you?! im not the only one who has issues with the game. xbox customer support even said “we know there’s been issues since launch” THEN REFUND ME!!! it has a 1.9 rating on the xbox store with tons of people all screaming for refunds! Seriously what do i do? i’ve posted on the xbox support twitter, the xbox twitter, the xbox reddit, the xbox one reddit, the black ops cold war reddit and now here. im not going to stop screaming my head off until xbox makes this right. i did not buy almost 150 digital games, $700 on a series x and $375 for a limited edition project scorpio xbox one x to be threatened with a ban when many others have problems with the game as well. cut me and i bleed xbox green because i love this brand so much. How can i get my refund???
