    Can't get a refund for MW2 so I can upgrade.


    I am trying to cancel my preorder of MW2 so I can reorder the vault edition. I thought it would be like PS and PC where you can just buy the upgrade. Nope not on xbox. But the game doesn't even show up in my order history to cancel or even request a refund. Since I preordered it months is my only guess as to why I can't cancel or refund the purchase..

    Where did you pre-order the game from (Xbox store, Microsoft Store etc...)?

    Thanks, if it's says declined don't worry. A refund is on its way if you was charged for this purchase.

    The refund can take up to 3-5 business days but it can take more than expected due to internal processes with your financial institution
    If that happens I can advice you to get in touch with your financial institution as soon as possible to speed up the process
