Can't get a Play Anywhere game on my PC

I purchased Forza Horizon 4 a few months ago for my Xbox One, but I've recently built my own computer. My friend told me that Forza Horizon 4 was a Play Anywhere game, and that I should try to get it on my PC, so I went to the Microsoft Store, and it didn't
give me an option to install, only to buy. Also, the game itself doesn't show up under the list of games that I can install. I looked at the game in the Microsoft Store of my Xbox, and it says, "Forza Horizon 4 is installed. With Xbox Game Pass, play this
game, or buy it to own." This doesn't make any sense, considering the fact that I've already purchased the game and own it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

(A few things to note: I can find and download other games from my Xbox to my PC, I just can't get Forza Horizon 4 or 3, they don't appear in the list. I can even see that I've purchased the car passes for both of those games, as that shows up there, just
not the games themselves.)

Were you ever subscribed to Xbox Game pass? If you don't see these games on your order history, then these games were not purchased digitally using the Microsoft account you are using.

If you had Game pass then you could've installed it on the Xbox or the only other way you could've played these games without owning them is if there is another account on your Xbox that is sharing the game's license through Home console.

I recommend requesting a callback from customer support so you can go over your account and game licenses that are on your account:

Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

I have tried that, though when I get to my game library, it isn't there. All of my games except for Forza Horizon 4 and 3 are listed. I've never purchased anything on any other accounts, and those two games specifically don't show up in my purchase history.

Can you confirm that you're logged in to your PC with the same Microsoft account with which you purchased the game on your Xbox? If you go here https://account.xbox.com/MyGames do
you see Forza Horizon 3 and 4 there? Also, worth checking your order history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

You may be using a different Microsoft account on your PC than the one you used to purchase the games.

try to log in pc with your Microsoft pursache account. after you should to see the game in the library

Just make sure that you are logged in on your PC with the account that was used to purchase FH4.
